- Due to the high volume of email we receive we may not be able to provide you with a response.
- The Mediumship certification program is closed. We are no longer certifying mediums.
- Our afterlife and mediumship research programs are now taking place at the Windbridge Research Center.
- We cannot recommend a specific medium for you.
- Our offices and lab are not open to the public. We do not offer tours.

Please note:
- We are happy to provide “talking head” / podcast / radio / video over IP interviews as our time allows.
- Our preferred interview methods are Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp. We can provide an over-the-phone interview if necessary.
- Interviews for written media (blogs, newspapers, magazines, etc) should submit questions in writing via email. Please allow 10 working days for a response.
- Production companies, journalists, etc. cannot visit our site or use it as a shooting/interview location.
- We do not allow the recording of active experiments in the lab.
- We do not perform example or demonstration “experiments.”
- We do not debate “skeptics.”
